2.5 Acres Sold at N.W Expressway & Piedmont Road

RPW Properties, L.L.C. has purchased land located at Northwest Expressway and Piedmont Road consisting of 2.5 acres from Charles A Shadid, L.L.C. for $660,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at The Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
