G & S Sign Services, L.L.C. has purchased an
industrial property located at 1634 Southeast 23rd Street consisting
of 7,500 square feet and 1.38 acres from Texas Ion Works, Inc. for $530,000.
The property will be utilized as a new location for G & S Sign Services. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan
Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Family Title by Jenifer
Henson.
