Lucky Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 3801 Northwest 63^rd Street, Units 1 & 2 consisting of 14,976 square feet from Edgewater Offices, L.L.C. for $565,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Company by Dawn Brooks.
