Flooring America has leased a property located
at 2200 West Reno Avenue consisting of 10,184 square feet from L&B
Development, L.L.C. This facility will
be utilized as a retail location for Flooring America. David Hartnack, Nathan Wilson and Sam Swanson
with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
