1608 N.W. Expressway Sold

Blumenthal Foundation has purchased an office property located at 1608 Northwest Expressway consisting of 14,720 square feet from Stonewall Property Holdings, L.L.C. for $1,850,000.  The facility will be utilized as a new corporate office and headquarters.  Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Trustmark Title by Erica Bird.
