510 Beacon Place Sold

Howard T. Williams Jr. has purchased an industrial property located at 510 Beacon Place consisting of 5,000 square feet from Dwain & Nancy Switzer for $350,000.  The property was purchased as an investment.  Adrian Lillard with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Company by Dawn Brooks.
