Autozone Buys Land at S.W. 59th & May Avenue

AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased land property located at Southwest 59th and May Avenue consisting of 0.92 acres from Joseph & Dee Lynn Aguilar Revocable Trust for $380,000. The property will be utilized as an AutoZone retail location.  Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.  Closing was held at First American Title by Pamela G. Nash.
