Retail Building Sold at 6001 Southeast 15th Street in Midwest City

SR3T Dev, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 6001 Southeast 15^th Street consisting of 16,190 square feet from David Twidwell and Earnest Crain for $1,100,000.  The facility will be utilized as retail.  Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Stewart Title by Ramona Riley.
