Loan Thuy Tran and Thanh Ma have purchased a property located at 2231 Northwest 39^th Street consisting of 2,160 square feet and 0.30 acres from Best Price Property, L.L.C. for $287,000. The facility will be utilized as an automotive service and repair shop.  Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
