Aman Garg Buys Duplex Portfolio

Aman Garg has purchased a multi-family property located at 6409, 6411, 6417 & 6419 North Peniel Avenue consisting of 4,626 square feet from the Ronald R. Cooper Revocable Living Trust for $350,000. The parcels will be added to Mr. Garg’s portfolio of residential investment properties. Nicole Mayes and Adrian Lillard with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Co. by Lisa Nichols.
