BH&D Investment, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at Southeast 57th and Durland consisting of 2.3 acres from Renbarger Family, L.L.C. for $45,000. The land will be utilized as an investment. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Lisa Yates.
