Group, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 14915 Bristol
Park consisting of 5,654 square feet from AVL Enterprises, L.L.C. for $380,000.
The industrial building is in the popular Bristol Park Industrial Park and will
be remodeled and offered for lease. The Buyer owns the adjoining property. BobSullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was
held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
