DM Wright Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 301 South Midwest Boulevard consisting of 22,275 square feet and 0.51 acres from MWC Storage Investments, L.L.C. for $183,000. The facility will be utilized as a RNR Tire Express and Custom Wheels shop. Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
