Industrial Land Sale in El Reno

Hightrack, L.L.C. has purchased 10 acres located at Jensen Road and Alfadale Road in El Reno from Coil Living Trust for $154,632.42.  The land will be utilized as an industrial development site.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Lisa Yates.
