1543 S.E. 25th Street Sold

BDM Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 1543 Southeast 25^th Street consisting of 9,500 square feet from K-Jet, Inc. for $450,000. The facility will be utilized as an office/warehouse.  Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Stewart Title of Oklahoma by Darla Hendrix.
