Space leased at Lakepointe West

Immanuel Cozy Homes, L.L.C. has leased office space at Lakepointe West Office Building located at 4045 Northwest 64^th Street, Suite 160 consisting of 1,196 square feet from Lakepointe West, L.L.C.  This space will be used as a new office location for Cozy Homes, L.L.C. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
