PZR leases office space

PZR has leased an office property located in the Parkway Building at 1300 South Meridian consisting of 21,388 square feet from Parkway Building, Inc.  This business is a planning and zoning company and the space will be utilized as office space.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group and Jay Olshonsky with NAI Global handled the transaction.
