Blue Widgeon, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 436 South Mustang Road in Yukon consisting of 3,950 square feet from Steve and Karen Drabek for $547,000.  The facility will be utilized as an investment property.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
