905 Southwest 21st Street Sold

Munoz Indoor Soccer Complex, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 905 Southwest 21st Street consisting of 10,000 square feet on 4.9 acres more or less from Designer Cast Stone, L.L.C. for $510,000.  This building will be utilized as a training/practice center. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Seller and Charlie Sanford with Goodyear Century 21 handled the transaction for the Buyer.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Mary Gardner.
