IT-RE, Inc. has leased a property located at 24 Northeast 51^st Street consisting of 15,000 square feet New 51^st Street, L.L.C.  This location will be utilized as corporate offices and processing for IT-RE which recycles computers. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
