Salvage Yard Sold!

BP Real Estate, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1109 South May Avenue consisting of 4,225 square feet and 1.66 acres from Clark E. and Peggy J. Taylor Rev. Trust and Guy McBride for $340,000.  This business is a drive in salvage and will be utilized as Best Price Auto Salvage Yard and Used Auto Sales Dealership. Aaron Elyachar with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
