2908 Epperly Drive Sold

Castle Row Studios, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 2908 Epperly Drive in Del City consisting of 10,000 square feet from Carolyn Wood for $275,000.  This property will be utilized as a recording studio and entertainment venue. Brad Baker and Eddy Hrdlicka with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Tracie Daniels.
