Moore Land Sold

S.A.B. One, Inc. has purchased a property located at 839 Southwest 19^th Street consisting of 1.79 acres more or less from CCH Enterprises, L.L.C. for $295,000.  This land will be developed as a retail development.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Mark Hyde with Equity Real Estate represented the Buyer.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Kelly Clark.
