Space leased in Classen Plaza Shops

E.A. Tax Service, L.L.C. has leased a property 1,280 square feet located at 3503 North Classen from NGS Properties.  After some minor upgrades and remodeling the space they plan to open under the name Liberty Tax Service.  Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
