Suite A leased at Wilshire Crossing

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—October 2013 

Lil Cowboy Plus 1, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 8014 North Western, Suite A consisting of 2,900 square feet from Wilshire Crossing, L.L.C., an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company.  The new owners of Good Gravy Diner plan on growing the business even further while continuing to offer the traditional made from scratch food the restaurant is known for.  David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
