Pelfrey Trust has purchased a property located at 6912 East Reno Avenue consisting of 15,104 square feet from Reno Professional Building, LTD for $300,000.  This business is Property Rentals and will be utilized as an investment leased building.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Shia Sumpter with Metro First Realty represented the Buyer.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
