Pinnacle Group Realty, L.L.C. Purchases the Cobb Engineering Building on 36th Street

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—August 2013

Pinnacle Group Realty, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 4516 and 4520 Northwest 36^th Street consisting of over 13,000 square feet or from Cobb Engineering Company for $1,360,000.  The space will be partially occupied by Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. and will be utilized as their corporate headquarters as well as an investment property. Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. provides professional quality right of way/land acquisition, relocation assistance and surveys. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer, Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. and will assist them in finding tenants for the available space.
