Oklahoma Sandblasting, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 1240 Exchange Avenue consisting of 1.65 acres more of less and a 13,100 square foot building from Coil Properties.  This business parcel and building will be utilized as a service location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
