TS Equities, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1000-1004 Southwest 5^th Street consisting of 0.32 acres and 3,580 square feet of buildings from Edward L. Markwell, III for $193,000.  The business is TS Equities, L.L.C. and the facility will be utilized as a sales branch office.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Buyer and Caitlin Dempsey with Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort handled the transaction for the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
