Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—September 2012 

Jack and 3 Jill’s Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 4600 Northeast 63^rd Street consisting of 40 acres more or less from OakCrest Farms, L.L.C. for $385,000.  The land will be utilized as an investment.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer and George Huffman represented the Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jackie Hatton.
