6400 South Superior Avenue, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 6400 South Superior Avenue consisting of 6.7 acres from Schwarz Brothers for $237,500.  The land will be used as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jackie Hatton.
