11.8 acres sold at Pershing and North Villa

NOCMHC has purchased a property located at Pershing and North Villa consisting of 11.8 acres from Oklahoma Realty Development Company, L.L.C. The land will be utilized as a satellite location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
