Pennington Companies, Inc. has purchased a property located at 324 Southeast 53^rd Street consisting of 3.45 acres of land from Independent School District No. 89. The land will be developed into single family homes. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title & Trust Company by Stephanie Crawford.
