Billy Allen, lifetime Oklahoma City resident and respected veteran restaurateur, has entered into a lease agreement as Second Wind Subs, L.L.C. to open as Jersey Mike’s restaurant at 3604 North May Avenue, Suite A consisting of 2,000 square feet from Landlord, BTS Joint Venture, Inc. Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Landlord in the transaction and R.E. Haydel with Haydel & Associates represented the Tenant in the transaction.
