EPC Holdings 785, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 700 South Morgan Road consisting of 3.1 acres from Pilot Travel Centers, L.L.C. for $303,831. The land will be utilized as a truck wash. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at National Title Agency, L.L.C. by Ann Baker.
