8524 S.W. 2nd Street Sold!

L.E.S. of Oklahoma, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 8524 Southwest 2nd Street consisting of 0.8722 acres and a 10,250 square foot industrial building from Excell Services, Inc. for $530,000. The facility will be utilized as a production site. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Buyer and Kris Davis with Levy Beffort handled the transaction for the Seller. Closing was held at Capitol Abstract and Title Company by Jennifer Johnson.
