User Friendly Phone Book has leased a property located at 5 Northeast 12th Street consisting of 25,000 square feet from Document Holdings, L.L.C. This business is a phone book distribution company and this building will be utilized as a distribution center. Even though the entire three story building is 42,540 square feet, User Friendly Phone Book will only use the first floor.
