EKM, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 201 Hunter Avenue in Boswell, Oklahoma consisting of 9,014 square feet from Boswell DG, L.L.C. The facility will be utilized as a retail sales location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the buyer and Jeremy Foraker with Land Run Commercial represented the seller. Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Betty Cummins.
