Sell of 900 South Air Depot Boulevard

Salazar Roofing and Construction, Inc. has purchased a property located at 900 South Air Depot Boulevard in Midwest City consisting of 4,100 square feet from SMS Financial. The facility will be utilized as a construction sales office. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Guaranty Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
