Sell of 817 Northeast 63rd Street

V. Darby, L.L.C. has purchased 0.98 acres more or less of land at 817 Northeast 63rd Street from a partnership in Tulsa for $160,000. A medical office building will be built at the site. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
