Sell of Stone Creek Office Development

Turner and Company, Inc. has purchased a property located at Northwest Corner of Bryant Avenue and Locust Lane in Edmond, Oklahoma consisting of 2.5 acres for $510,000. The property will be utilized as an office development. Brad Baker and Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Capital Abstract and Title Company by Janie Cotton.
