20.92 Acres Sold at Reno & Mustang Road

The Park at Westpointe, L.L.C. has purchased a tract of land located at Reno and Mustang Road in Yukon, Oklahoma, consisting of 20.92 acres from Rockwell, L.L.C. for $1,467,153. The property will be developed as an apartment complex. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Frisco Title Corporation in Tulsa by Tamie Semler, closing agent.
