Heritage Park Mall Sold!

ABAB, Inc. has purchased the former Heritage Park Mall located at 6801 East Reno in Midwest City from ROC ASAP, L.L.C. for $1,300,000. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Phillip Mazaheri with Price Edwards & Company represented the Buyer. Jackie Hatton with Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company was the Escrow Officer.

12354 South Sunnylane Leased!

Gordon's Specialty Company, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 12354 South Sunnylane consisting of 10,600 square feet from Three Sisters Holdings, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as a service center for the greater Oklahoma City metro area. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society has leased a property located at 5101 Gaillardia Corporate Place, Suite A-2 consisting of 1,500 square feet from Pinric, L.L.C.
