4000 N. May Avenue Leased!

I-44 Auto Sales, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 4000 North May Avenue consisting of 2,000 square feet from Aria Properties, L.L.C.  This will be utilized as a car dealership.  Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
