3940 Southwest 113th Street Sold

Camp Plenty Towers, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 3940 Southwest 113th Street consisting of 18,041 square feet from Maximum, Inc. for $850,000. The Buyer purchased this as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
